In the Mediterranean, carob was traditionally used as a substitute for chocolate. We decided to bring back to light this amazing fruit packed with minerals and vitamins: calcium, potassium, iron, riboflavin and many more.
We used carob in this chocolate to enhance the chocolate flavour and added bitter orange for that extra fresh and crisp taste.
